TurboDottComm.com guarantee that all products shipped from us will reach to our costumer in its original condition. Normally we use our national courier such as Poslaju and CityLink Courier Service. Please contact us or follow up your parcel after shipping process. We always email and inform our customers on the shipment tracking number.

Local / Malaysia Shipping

Peninsular Malaysia
Small parcel shipping charge = RM10
Large Volume / Heavy weight Product = depend on product weight / size

Sabah / Sarawak
Small parcel shipping charge = RM25
Large Volume / Heavy weight Product = depend on product weight / size

Normally shipping process take 1-3 days to make delivery to the address. We will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. If got some delay of shipping, we will inform our costumer.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
Costumer can choose this cash on delivery method, we arrange time and place where to meet and we make deal, only for nearest costumer :D

For Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee also depend on certain item only, if costumer find that the product got defect or damage before they use it, costumer can return the product to TurboDottComm for a full refund.

Original Manufacturer Warranty it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Costumer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. In case of warranty claim, buyer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to TurboDottCOmm.com, at buyer choice.
